Recognizing red flags is crucial for understanding controlling behaviour in relationships, this workshop teaches participants about signs of manipulation, like constantly checking on a partner, ignoring their feelings, or cutting them off from friends and family. Through discussions and activities, attendees will learn to spot these unhealthy patterns, understand their effects on mental and emotional health, and create strategies for setting healthy boundaries. By raising awareness, individuals can build respectful and supportive relationships and know how to seek help if they encounter control. Recognizing these red flags helps people make informed and healthy choices in their relationships.
